Clinical massage is outcome-driven bodywork. Each session opens with a short assessment of posture, range of motion, and pain patterns, then applies the techniques that address the actual source of restriction instead of a generic routine.
Range of motion testing and palpation identify which structures are restricted and which are compensating. Work is then aimed at specific muscles and fascial lines, with re-testing at the end so you can feel the change objectively.
For post-injury and post-surgical clients cleared for massage, sessions support scar mobility, guarded muscle patterns, and gradual return of function — coordinated with physical therapy or chiropractic care when you are already working with a provider.
Neuromuscular technique, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, assisted stretching, and cupping are combined as needed, with hot stone or red light therapy added when tissue needs help softening before deeper work.
